Shipping policy

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $50 or more within USA.

Orders under $50 are charged a flat $10 shipping fee within USA.

International Shipping

We ship all over the world via DHL or UPS except to the countries on SANCTIONED LIST of USA

Multiple Shipments 

It is possible that we send an order in two or more shipments. Shipping charges are applied to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping charges for additional packages on the same order.

Standard Shipping 

The standard shipping items are usually shipped within 3-5 business days. However, it can take up to 7 business days for the item(s) to be shipped.

Customer Responsibility

After shipment and providing a tracking number to the customer, it is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with the shipping carrier for any delay or change in shipping schedule.

In case the order is put on hold by the carrier due to any reason, or carrier attempts to deliver an order when the customer is not at home or an order is not delivered due to incomplete address, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier.

After multiple delivery failure attempts at the provided address, the carrier might return the parcel to us. We will charge for additional shipping if we have to re-ship the parcel.
